🛍 Exchange Policy
We accept unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise with original tags within 7 days of delivery.
How Exchanges Work

For exchange requests, message us on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

We will send your replacement parcel through the same rider.

The rider will collect your old parcel and deliver the new one.
Exchange Charges

PKR 300 delivery charges apply if the exchange is due to a size issue or change of mind from the customer.

If the issue is due to an error on Extreme Joy’s side, we will cover the delivery charges.
💰 Refund Policy
Refund requests will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the returned product.
