📦 Extreme Joy – Refund & Exchange Policy

At Extreme Joy, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make the return or exchange process quick and simple.


🛍 Exchange Policy

We accept unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise with original tags within 7 days of delivery.

How Exchanges Work

  • For exchange requests, message us on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

  • We will send your replacement parcel through the same rider.

  • The rider will collect your old parcel and deliver the new one.

Exchange Charges

  • PKR 300 delivery charges apply if the exchange is due to a size issue or change of mind from the customer.

  • If the issue is due to an error on Extreme Joy’s side, we will cover the delivery charges.


💰 Refund Policy

Refund requests will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the returned product.

Important Notes

  • Mention your Order ID, issue details, and attach pictures (if needed) when contacting us on WhatsApp or Facebook.

  • Choose one option:
    1) Refund
    2) Exchange
    3) Credit Coupon

  • Refunds will be issued via Easypaisa only.

  • Customer is responsible for courier charges when sending products back for a refund—unless the issue is from our side.
