📦 Delivery Time

  • Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days across Pakistan.

  • Major cities may receive orders earlier, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

💵 Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges are PKR 200 nationwide.

  • Shipping charges may vary during promotions or special campaigns.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD available nationwide.

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

📍 Order Confirmation

  • All orders are confirmed through call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Orders that remain unconfirmed will not be shipped.

📦 Secure Packaging

We use high-quality protective packaging to ensure your caps arrive in perfect condition.

🔄 Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Customer not available

  • Customer refusal to accept delivery

Then redelivery may require additional delivery charges.
